Unfortunately, since version 11 of Android, Google has restricted access to files in external memory.

All users will know that each magicBoxDmx project that we call SHOW is saved on the external memory of the device, this for two reasons:

• save a backup of your projects.
• keep your projects even if you uninstall the app

If you bought our hardware interface, please contact support and you will receive information to resolve this error.
